The Board of Directors shall be composed of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary/Treasurer, and the Immediate Past President of the corporation and four elected Directors.

The Board of Directors shall appoint, not later than October 14 of each year a Nominating Committee composed of three voting members of the corporation. The Nominating Committee shall select at least one candidate for each office and position on the Board of Directors. The nominations shall be sent to the membership with the billings mailed in November and shall be presented at the annual membership meeting. At the annual membership meeting further nominations may be make from the floor, provided the nominee is present or has given his or her written consent.
